Research Associate: The Research Associate oversees and coordinates daily research operations. The Research Associate hires seasonal employees, coordinates seed lab operation, provides planning assistance to the Technical Support Manager, responsible for shipping and receiving and is responsible for plot and location map accuracy.  

Trial Manager: The Trial Manager oversees all research activities of specialty and yield trials. The Trial Manager determines capabilities of the team and identifies geographic an agronomic areas of research for the upcoming year, coordinates research projects with clients and colleagues, designs experiments and plots,  assists with field operations and completes statistical analysis.
